The team at Blue Note Vichy Bar is open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to midnight.
Service breaks lunches and snacks from Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 21:45.

Christophe Vauthier, our Chef, and Sébastien Bonnamour, our Pastry Chef, prepare every day wonderful plates that you can enjoy during your lunch break in Bar le Blue Note. Enjoy the comfort, relaxation and wellbeing in the heart of Blue Note lounge or in terrace when the weather is nice. Discover our menu of beverages , ice-creams and sorbets with Vichy Celestins water and also our lunch break: 6 slates or 1 lunch tray Célest!

Menu of 6 slates
Open up the scope of possibilities, taste alternately flavor dishes of our slates. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information (via quick form). The option “Pause déj” with a little fresh lettuce and homemade French fries. Succumb and don’t feel guilty!

• Croque Bonnamour: croque-monsieur, bechamel sauce, ham, Emmental.
• Toast with grilled vegetables and Parmesan curls: two big toasts, season marinated and grilled vegetables.
• Blue Note Salad: big salad with raw vegetables and cubes of fish or meat.
• Plate of marinated salmon: marinated salmon with olive oil, lemon and spices.
• Vegetarian wrap: crepe of raw vegetables with vegetarian steak of Chef.
• Club sandwich: white bread, turkey breast, egg, raw vegetables and mayonnaise.

“Célest” lunch tray
This lunch tray is served exclusively in our bar from 12:00 to 14:30. For 400 calories, you taste:

• 1 vegetable cream soup
• 1 salad with meat or fish
• 1 dessert with fruits (compote, fresh fruits, smoothie)

For 100 extra calories, you can add a little bread.

Snacks
For sudden hunger, the Blue Note bar propose you different snacks, to satisfy your needs at any time. You have to chose between:

• Terrine of foie gras
• Plate of smoked salmon
• Club sandwich
• Selection of cheese

Cigar cellar & intimate smoking room
Cigar is a pleasure like no other. Our cigar cellar offers you a large choice! Without any doubt, “le Partagase” is on top, it’s an ultimate robusto. “Le Cohiba” or “le Roméo et Julieta” are lighter, but anyway we propose pure and strong Cuba. To enjoy a good cigar is a unique and fleeting moment, but so much captivating, that often it could be compared with tasting of a good wine. Before tasting you have first of all to prepare and to light it. That’s why, as tradition requires, we created a smoking room to offer you a space only for You!
